Shop4Gifts offers international shipping to selected destinations. All international orders are dispatched from Australia using reputable third-party carriers, including Australia Post.

All Shop4Gifts products are custom made to order. Orders are printed, processed, and prepared for dispatch with care and attention to detail. International orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Services
International shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and selected service. All international shipping services offered include tracking where available.
hop4Gifts reserves the right to limit or suspend shipping to certain countries at its discretion.
Delivery Timeframes
International delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance processes, and local postal or courier services. Any delivery estimates provided are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs inspections, border controls, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside the control of Shop4Gifts are not the responsibility of Shop4Gifts.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If customs duties or taxes are payable upon delivery and the customer refuses to pay or rejects the shipment, no refund will be issued.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been accepted by the carrier and marked as delivered, Shop4Gifts’ responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled. Shop4Gifts does not accept liability for loss, theft, damage, or delays occurring after delivery has been completed by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds – International Orders
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, delivery delays, refused shipments, or customs-related issues.
Refunds, replacements, or repairs will be considered only in cases where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by Shop4Gifts, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Shop4Gifts is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
