Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shop4Gifts works in partnership with Australia Post to provide reliable, secure, and efficient delivery services for all orders.

Order Processing

All products offered by Shop4Gifts are custom made to order. Once an order is received, it is printed, processed, and prepared for dispatch with care and attention to detail. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days from our Sydney, NSW facility.

Shipping Options

Customers may select from the following Australia Post delivery services at checkout:

  • Standard Parcel Post
  • Express Post
  • Signature Required Post

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and destination.

Order Tracking

Upon completion of printing and order processing, and once your order has been prepared for dispatch, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be issued. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia can be viewed on the Australia Post website. Please note that delivery times provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are outside the control of Shop4Gifts.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to Australia Post, Shop4Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are encouraged to ensure that delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Signature on Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

hop4Gifts offers a Signature on Delivery service for an additional fee of $2.95. Where this option is selected, delivery confirmation is obtained through a signature at the delivery address in accordance with Australia Post delivery procedures.

If Signature on Delivery is not selected, delivery may occur in line with Australia Post’s Safe Drop / Authority to Leave practices, where applicable. In such cases, parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address.

Once an order has been accepted by Australia Post and marked as delivered, Shop4Gifts’ responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled. Shop4Gifts does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed by the carrier.

For time-sensitive orders, customers are strongly advised to select Express Post and/or Signature on Delivery at checkout. Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are subject to change due to factors outside the control of Shop4Gifts, including carrier delays, weather events, and operational disruptions.

All orders are securely packaged and dispatched following completion of production. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch and is made available to customers for delivery monitoring purposes.
