Shop4Gifts is an Australian owned and operated eCommerce business.
2. Products & Personalisation
All Shop4Gifts products are custom made to order based on the personalisation details provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, text, images, and other custom details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available secure payment methods. Shop4Gifts does not store full credit card details.
4. Order Acceptance
Shop4Gifts reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply limitations.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Shop4Gifts uses third-party carriers, including Australia Post, for delivery services.
Once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled. Shop4Gifts is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed by the carrier.
6. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused or returned international shipments due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refund.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of Shop4Gifts products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Refunds, replacements, or repairs will be provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law, such as for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items caused by an error on the part of Shop4Gifts. Full details are outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Shop4Gifts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
